B.S in Exercise Science and M.S. in Sport and Fitness Administration from Winthrop University
Bjorn has 7 years of training experience, which includes working with young kids all the way up to collegiate athletes, Euroleague players, and WNBA/NBA players. The NBA players he has trained include Troy Daniels (LA Lakers), Malik Monk (Charlotte Hornets), Seth Curry (Dallas Mavericks), and Dewan Hernandez (Toronto Raptors). The WNBA players include Tiffany Mitchell (Indiana Fever) and Cierra Burdick (USA 3x3 National team). Some of the top Division I players that Bjorn has trained include Devon Dotson (Kansas University), Naji Marshall (Xavier University), and Quentin Good (Xavier University).
Bjorn attended Winthrop University and played Division I basketball for the men’s basketball program under Pat Kelsey. He started over 100 games and is one of the winningest players in the history of the school. He helped lead Winthrop to the NCAA Tournament during the 2016-17 season and scored 1000 points during his college career. Bjorn is ranked second in the state of Minnesota for most points scored in a boys’ high school career. He holds the most points scored by any player in a single season in not only Minnesota but
nationally, and is top 5 in the state for career assists. During his senior season, Bjorn was named a PARADE All American for his outstanding play. In addition to attending Winthrop and playing basketball, Bjorn was involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) all four years of college, with two of those years being named to the FCA Leadership Team.
